Good evening all - well what a day!
It's SATs week at school and today we had an unannounced visit by OFSTED to check that we were dealing with the papers correctly and the children were sat in the correct exam setting - that was quite scary, but luckily we were doing everything correctly and she was very happy! Phew!
And then we had a further blow, my partner Mark is being made redundant and will be out of work at the end of the month - so a few worrying weeks ahead, but I'm sure we will pull through and get him back into another job soon!

What a darling Christmas card - love that cute image. So sorry to hear about your husband's redundancy. Another card down and one nearer to your target! Sorry to hear the news about Marks job I sure something will come up. Also glad that your ofsted went well. We are the same at our school I had to help a few of the children read but they both did really well.
