My 2017 Christmas Card Tally

18 September 2011

A CAS Christmas

Evening everyone .... hope you are all well?  Apologies for the lack of posts recently, have just had no time to craft and I am just sooooo tired lately.  I was out in Lichfield last night with my Sister and her friends for her hen night .... only 2 weeks to go until her wedding!  We went to Ego and had a fab evening.

So today I managed to make a couple of cards and here's one of them:

Card Ingredients:

LOTV Christmas Baubles
Brilliance Pearlescent Inks
Waterbrush
PM Gems
Anita's Peel Offs

I am entering this into the following challenges:

Craft Your Passion 75 Use The "F" Word (Flourish)
  Creatalicious 26 Anything Goes
Lili of the Valley 112 Red, Green & White
  Totally Papercrafts 84 CAS
Alphabet Q for Quick & Simple
Secret Crafter 152 One Layer Card
Less Is More 33 Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. This is a fab card Claire with lovely subtle colours, but there are rather too many challenges combined for us at "Less is More", where we have a maximum of five.
Thanks so much for helping us in our attempt at 1000 submissions this week!

  2. Wow Claire, This is gorgeous. I bought this image last week but didn't realise how big it is, it's masive (well for me anyway, as I tend to do 6x6 cards) I love the way you have coloured it and the gems. Debbiexx

  5. This is lovely! I love the way you've got different colours onto your stamp - it's really effective. I'm like Debbie and hadn't realised the size of this stamp. I also bought the one with 3 little girls dancing and that's much smaller than I thought it would be! Hope you get a bit more "me" time - I know exactly how you feel, school is manic at the mo. Hugs, Tracey xx

  23. Goodness gracious me Claire - how awful? You have NOT read the rules clearly enough have you for you should not have entered this card into that challenge!! Go stand in the corner!

Well, in the real world, I think this is quite beautiful and with an attitude like that Im sure it wont take long before it crashes as quickly as it rose.

Ive wanted to see what this image came up like and now thanks to you, I can see how gorgeous it is, thanks for the inspiration!

    Keryn x

Some people seem to think that crafting is all about rules and it drives me batty when they are tactless.
