My 2017 Christmas Card Tally

23 October 2011

A Nice Recipe

Afternoon on this very windy day!  Glad I am tucked up indoors in the warm!

Firstly I am a huge Moto GP fan and it is with sadness that the sport today lost an upcoming star in the making ..... R.I.P. Marco Simoncelli who sadly was involved in a crash at Sepang circuit in Malaysia.

This is my second post for today and would like to share something I made for my fabulous blogging friend Keryn which was a Pay It Forward gift.

I know she has received it and was absolutely delighted with it, which I was so pleased about.

Ingredients:

A5 Hardbacked Lined Book
Brenda Pinnock Chipboard Letters and Papers
Image Unknown
Promarkers
Stickles
Bazzil Basics Cardstock
Mod Podge

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:

Anything Goes Some Form of Lettering
Forever Friends Anything Goes
My Mum's Craftshop Food & Drink

Thanks for popping in.

  2. What a lovely present for your friend - no wonder she is delighted with it, it's gorgeous. So sad about Marco Simoncelli. My son is a big fan of Moto GP, F1 - bikes and cars, basically - and he's completely shocked that this young man has died. What a waste. xx

  3. Poor Marco, I was only listening to him speak on TV a few weeks ago and was admiring his amazing hair. What a shame, so sad.

Lovely recipe book with a lovely image (I have this it's so cute!)

  4. I wondered what your post was about when I saw the random pic pop up at the side - sorry, I don't know anything about Moto GP but it's always terribly sad when anyone loses their life at such a young age. RIP.
As for your PIF gift - it's wonderful! Such a thoughtful idea and gorgeous too!! Hugs, Marie xx
